Freelancer Illustrator & Painter

My name is Chiara Mendicino, I was born in Fano, 1998 in the Marche region, where I still live today.

Since childhood I have been attracted to artistic expressions, such as photography and above all drawing which led me to attend the Apolloni Art School in Fano and, subsequently, to continue my course of studies at the Acca Academy in Jesi, with specialization in illustration, achieved in 2020.

My innate curiosity pushed me to experiment with different styles, allowing me to arrive at a stylistic language that finds expression in the use of stain and lyrical transparencies of watercolor, constantly poised between traditional figuration and emotional representation of the subjects.

Now I work as a freelance illustrator and painter for houses publishers, graphic studios, and private collectors,   currently my paintings have been shipped to Italy, Switzerland, America, Canada and England.
